Tropical Adventures

Tropical Adventures was established in the year 2014 by Vaughan Francis. After several years of working as a tour guide he noticed that there was not much being offered to the nature loving, adventurous traveler. His dream is to fill that void, that is why this company now exists. We aim to take you away from the ordinary; rather than just showing you Grenada, we help you to experience the island, its nature, its culture, its secrets.
 
We'll take you birding around Grenada to spot some of the many species of birds that can be found here or if you prefer hiking, we've got that covered. Whether its the top of Mt. St. Catherine or the valley of Concord waterfall or whatever comes in between.

Vaughan was trained and certified as a Caribbean Birding Trail Interpretive Guide by BirdsCaribbean (Formally the Society for the Conservation and Study of Caribbean Birds) and as a tour operator by the T. A. Marryshow Community College, Grenada. He also has a certificate in Bird Biology from Cornell Lab of Ornithology. He looks forward to sharing his passion for nature and the outdoors with you.
